A wonderful way to experience some of Tanzania's finest game reserves.
Day 1 - After collecting you from your accommodation in Arusha or from the Airport, we would drive you to the African Sunrises Lodge for an overnight stay. Here you can relax and enjoy the views on a full board basis.
Day 2 - After breakfast drive to the Tarangire National Park. The park is 2h from the lodge and is home to what is said to be the largest herd of Elephants in East Africa. You would stop to have lunch at the river overview and then continue the safari till the early evening when you return to the African Sunrise Lodge and Campsite for a full meal and relaxing drink over the Rift Valley.
Day 3 - After waking in the morning, refreshed you drive into the Ngorongoro Crater which is a UNESCO world Heritage site. There is a large range of wildlife to see along with one of the best places in Tanzania to see the black rhino. Other animals that can be seen on this part of the trip are leopards, hyenas, flamingos, giraffe and lions. Once done in the Crater, you return to the African Sunrises Lodge and Camp where you will spend the night.
Day 4 - On your penultimate day, after a late breakfast, you till take a trip to Lake Manyara National Park. The park itself is much smaller that Tarangire or Ngorongoro but is home to some unique animals and birds. It is also famed for its tree climbing lions, flamingos and of course hippo. The forests that surround the lake are also home to a wide range of monkeys and antelope such as bushbuck, waterbuck and dik-diks. Once done in the Crater, you return to the African Sunrises Lodge and Camp where you will spend the night.
Day 5 - After a relaxing breakfast we will return you to your hotel in Arusha, or the Airport. Stopping off along the way for a lunch or a coffee.
