  • What is the cancellation policy
    The guest can cancel free of charge until 7 days before arrival. The guest will be charged 50% of the total price if they cancel in the 7 days before arrival. For COVID related cancellations, a rebooking of dates will be allowed however cancellation will not be possible.
  • What are the Children Policies at the lodge ?
    Children of any age are allowed. Children up to and including 6 years old can stay for free. Children from 7 years old to 17 years old can stay for 50% of the adult rate per child per night. Recommendation is that Children should not be left unattended at the lodge
  • Internet and Mobile Telecommunication Signal at the Lodge
    As the lodge is in a very rural location, mobile telecommunication signals can be a challenge and therefor we cannot confirm the availability of the provider networks while at the lodge. However we do provide a very limited WIFI capability for general use which is available at the lodge. This WIFI is limited in capability and is good enough for social media updates but not suitable for downloading or critical work.
  • Loss, Damage or Injury while at the lodge
    The lodge owners, staff or contracted workforce are not liable for any loss or damage of personal belongings while guests are resident at the lodge. They will support all guests with any concerns or issues while they are resident to the best of their abilities. If a guest is injured or feels unwell, the lodge staff have access to medical professionals and have access on site medical kits. They also have an excellent relationship with the local hospital and staff who will be able to provide assistance on a 24/7 basis (within reasonable time to get to the lodge). All guests are asked to self identify any medical conditions or ailments on arrival at the lodge as this will allow staff to be-aware and support any individual needs
  • Do you offer an airport pickup service ?
    Yes we do - please send us an email with the requirement and we will quote for the airport or hotel pickup for you.
  • Do you offer Safaris ?
    Yes we do - please look at our safaris section on the website. We do offer a special discount to guests.
